Overview
Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist position in Springfield, Ohio.
Employment Details- Start Date: 05/09/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 40
- Shift: 8 hours, days only
- Employment Type: Travel / Contract
- Location: Springfield, Ohio
- Provide exceptional patient care within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Deliver therapy services during 8‑hour day shifts.
- Adhere to facility policies and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress as required.
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current state license.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar long‑term care setting.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to travel assignment requirements.
