Travel Physical Therapist – Springfield, MO

Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in Springfield, MO.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Missouri Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Required experience:
  
  Inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute care experience; prior experience treating stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, amputations, or complex orthopedic patients in an inpatient rehab or acute hospital setting.
• Experience with inpatient rehab equipment and settings, including patient lifts, monitored rooms, specialized beds, and use of high‑tech therapy devices preferred.
• Preferred: CARF or Joint Commission accredited facility experience and familiarity with stroke care units and brain‑injury protocols.

• Facility type:
  Hospital (inpatient rehabilitation focus).
• Shift: Days – 07:00 to 16:30, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Clinical focus:
  Inpatient rehabilitation (stroke, brain/spinal cord injury, amputations, complex orthopedics).
