Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Overview

AMN Healthcare Allied is searching for a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to work in Springfield, Massachusetts from September 28, 2026 for 26 weeks, 8‑hour days, 40 hours per week, on a travel assignment.

• Conduct patient assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work flexible shifts to meet patient needs

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
• Active state license to practice physical therapy
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred
• Experience as a travel practitioner preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
