Department: Revenue Cycle – Billing Office
- Support patients in understanding monthly payment plans and accessing financial aid programs.
- Assess eligibility and guide patients through application processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a trusted resource for patients with questions about billing and insurance.
- High School Diploma (degree preferred).
- Experience in medical billing and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
