- Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to patients, families, staff, vendors, and the community.
- Greeting patients.
- Collecting patient information.
- Verifying patient insurance.
- Maintaining patient accounts and records.
- Scheduling new patient appointments and follow‑up appointments.
- Cross‑trained to perform both front desk and basic medical assistant responsibilities to support clinic operations and patient care.
- Overseeing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications internally and externally to maintain a professional image.

- High school diploma required.
- Previous work experience preferred.
- EMR – eClinicalworks experience preferred.
- Medical assisting experience preferred.
