Setting: acute care

Schedule: Mon‑Fri, rotating weekends and holidays

Requirement: RD Credential

Position Details: RD will assist in coverage of patient care units with opportunity to cross‑train in specialty units including ICU

Salary: $60,416‑$80,000

Other Forms of Compensation: meal plan, CEU's, AND and CDR dues paid, tuition and education reimbursement

Job Summary

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
  • Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long‑term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
  • Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care
  • Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
  • Partner with the food service management team to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
  • Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
  • Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
