About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. In this role, you will work with a collaborative and supportive rehab team focused on helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.

• Collaborate closely with PTs, SLPs, nurses, and other care team members
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with SNF standards
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to enhance independence

Requirements:

• Active OT license (or eligibility for state licensure)
• SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
