We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients in home settings, including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, and memory care facilities. Key responsibilities include assessing and managing communication disorders such as language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication issues, and voice disorders, often working with patients recovering from strokes or suffering from progressive conditions like Parkinson's or dementia.

Qualifications And Skills

• Valid state SLP license
• Reliable transportation in good condition
