- Shift: 5x8 and 4x10s eves, days, nights
- 23 rooms.
- Start: FLEXIBLE! Mondays, looking for ASAP but will screen slightly further starts!

- Years of experience REQ:
Minimum 2 - 2.5 Years of exp needed. - First-timers accepted:
No. - Weekend REQ: 1 per month.
- Certs REQ: BLS required. CNOR preferred.
- Is on-call REQ? Yes- 1/week though it's not usually that often anymore
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Within skill set-rarely happens
- Open to accommodating block schedule? No.
- Locals accepted:
No- must live at least 50 miles from facility to apply. - Must have active IL license in hand or be in application process to apply.
- If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.
Special Requirements:
- Will work with all service lines except CV.
- General OR and Trauma experience required.
- Cerner experience preferred.
- Level I trauma experience required.

Laparoscopic assisted cases. - Required General Surgery Case
Experience:
Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy partial/total, Whipple. - Required Neurology Case Skills/
Experience:
Cervical fusion, Craniotomy, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion. - Required Orthopedic Case Skills/
Experience:
Arthroscopy, Carpal Tunnel release, Closed reduction of fractures, Open reduction of fractures. - Required Plastic Surgery Case Skills/
Experience:
Free Flap
- Microvascular. - Required Transplant Skills/
Experience:
Organ donation. - Required Urology Case Skills/
Experience:
Cystoscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy. - Required Trauma Case Skills/
Experience:
Amputations, Gunshot/stab wounds, MVA (multiple injuries). - Required Emergency management Skills/
Experience:
Code response, Fire safety, Latex Allergy, Malignant Hyperthermia. - Required Equipment/Instrumentation/Supplies
Experience:
Electrosurgical units, Fiber optic light sources/cords, Hana tables. - Required Professional Knowledge and
Skills:
Administration of blood products, Infection control, Radiation Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure, Urinary bladder catheterization.
