• Openings: 6
• Shift: 5x8 and 4x10s eves, days, nights
• 23 rooms.
• Start: FLEXIBLE! Mondays, looking for ASAP but will screen slightly further starts!
• Auto Offer: No, Quick Offers! 24 HR or less turnaround time
• Years of experience REQ:
  Minimum 2 - 2.5 Years of exp needed.
• First-timers accepted:
  No.
• Weekend REQ: 1 per month.
• Certs REQ: BLS required. CNOR preferred.
• Is on-call REQ? Yes- 1/week though it's not usually that often anymore
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Within skill set-rarely happens
• Open to accommodating block schedule? No.
• Locals accepted:
  No- must live at least 50 miles from facility to apply.
• Must have active IL license in hand or be in application process to apply.
• If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.

Special Requirements:

• Will work with all service lines except CV.
• General OR and Trauma experience required.
• Cerner experience preferred.
• Level I trauma experience required.

  Laparoscopic assisted cases.
• Required General Surgery Case
  
  Experience:
  
  Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy partial/total, Whipple.
• Required Neurology Case Skills/
  
  Experience:
  
  Cervical fusion, Craniotomy, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion.
• Required Orthopedic Case Skills/
  
  Experience:
  
  Arthroscopy, Carpal Tunnel release, Closed reduction of fractures, Open reduction of fractures.
• Required Plastic Surgery Case Skills/
  
  Experience:
  
  Free Flap
  - Microvascular.
• Required Transplant Skills/
  
  Experience:
  
  Organ donation.
• Required Urology Case Skills/
  
  Experience:
  
  Cystoscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy.
• Required Trauma Case Skills/
  
  Experience:
  
  Amputations, Gunshot/stab wounds, MVA (multiple injuries).
• Required Emergency management Skills/
  
  Experience:
  
  Code response, Fire safety, Latex Allergy, Malignant Hyperthermia.
• Required Equipment/Instrumentation/Supplies

  Electrosurgical units, Fiber optic light sources/cords, Hana tables.
