Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for a flexible PRN opportunity to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members in Springfield, Illinois. This role allows you to create your own schedule and work autonomously, supplementing your income without the responsibilities of ongoing treatment.
The ideal candidates must have an active NP or PA license, be available for at least eight 7.5-hour days per month, and be willing to travel locally. Competitive pay and performance incentives are offered along with malpractice insurance.
