Job Description:As a CNA at LNT Health LLC, you will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor their health, and provide emotional support. You will work closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and document vital signs and report any changes to supervising nurses
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• CPR Certification
• Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused
