Clinical Psychotherapist – Remote or Hybrid Chicago Psych Therapy Group, Inc. | Illinois 1099 Independent Contractor | Part-Time or Full-Time | Remote or Hybrid

Chicago Psych Therapy Group is seeking compassionate and motivated Clinical Psychotherapists to join our growing group practice. We offer flexible opportunities for clinicians looking to build either a part-time or full-time caseload within a supportive, established practice.

This position can be fully remote
, or clinicians may choose a hybrid schedule with both telehealth and in-person sessions

About the Position

Clinical Psychotherapists provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents and/or adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. Presenting concerns may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, grief, ADHD, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.

We welcome clinicians with established specialties as well as therapists interested in continuing to develop particular areas of clinical expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual psychotherapy to assigned clients
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation
  • Coordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate and authorized
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
  • Participate in consultation and practice meetings as applicable
  • Maintain appropriate professional licensure and continuing education requirements
  • Provide culturally responsive and inclusive care to clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Maintain professional and timely communication regarding client care and practice-related matters
Qualifications
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Appropriate Illinois professional license or license eligibility for the position
  • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage clinical responsibilities while working collaboratively within a group practice
  • Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality client care
  • Experience working with diverse client populations
  • Interest in developing and maintaining a consistent caseload
