About

The Role

The Clinical Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership, supervision, and support to clinical staff while helping ensure high‑quality service delivery to children, adolescents, and families. In this role, you will represent Clarvida during interventions, court hearings, and school and community meetings. You will review client charts to ensure accurate treatment plans and quality services are in place, address complaints, resolve problems, and provide direct counseling to an assigned caseload.

This position also offers the opportunity to gain leadership experience within the team and requires on‑call availability on a rotating schedule.

The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with flexible shifts of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with no regular weekend work. Occasional evening visits to client homes are required to support staff. The hybrid workday allows for virtual mornings to complete paperwork, with potential opportunities to transition to a more remote setting over time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands‑on leadership, supervision, and support to clinical staff
  • Represent Clarvida during interventions, court hearings, and school and community meetings
  • Review client charts to ensure quality service delivery
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate treatment plans are in place
  • Address complaints and resolve problems related to clinical services and service delivery
  • Provide direct counseling services to an assigned caseload
  • Support clinical staff during occasional evening visits to client homes
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation
  • Provide leadership and guidance to support effective clinical team operations
  • Maintain high standards of therapeutic care for children, adolescents, and families
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a Human Services field, including Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of Illinois, or willing and able to become licensed within six (6) months of hire
  • Minimum of one (1) year of direct experience providing services to children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic environment
  • Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance
  • Candidates relocating to Illinois must obtain an Illinois driver’s license within thirty (30) days of hire
  • Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation
  • Ability to complete occasional evening visits to client homes to support staff

Work Location
