Job Description
Make a meaningful impact by supporting high school students as a contract Occupational Therapist in a school-based setting. This vital role provides direct services on-site, collaborating with educators and families to help students achieve greater independence and success throughout their academic journey. The assignment runs from September 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, offering a full-time schedule.

Key
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Illinois (IL OT license required)
- Previous experience providing OT services in schools
- Must be able to work onsite (remote work is not available)
- Comfortable working with a high school caseload
- COTAs are not currently eligible for this position
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to high school students per their IEPs
- Complete comprehensive assessments, develop intervention plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to meet student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to each student’s educational program
