Pay Range: $37.71 - $56.57 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. HSHS St. John’s Rehabilitation Services is seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team serving the Greater Springfield, Illinois area. As we continue to expand our outpatient rehabilitation services, we anticipate multiple opportunities for Physical Therapists to join our growing team.
We're looking for patient-focused, mission-driven therapists who are passionate about providing exceptional outpatient care. We welcome candidates with an interest in any specialty area, including orthopedics, sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular, neurological rehabilitation, oncology, lymphedema, hand therapy, and more. Physical Therapists will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients, families, students, and colleagues while supporting the continued growth of our rehabilitation services.

40 hours weekly available (open to offering 32 or 36 hours weekly as well), day shift, flexible scheduling options, including four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. No weekends. - Clinic

Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.
Experience QualificationsN/A
Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsLicensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
Illinois:
Following physical therapy philosophies and standards of care set by Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies, licensure is required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements.
