Medical Science Liaison specializing in Neuroscience for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines division, focusing on CAPLYTA in the Great Lakes region.
Responsibilities- develop and execute scientific engagement plans
- foster relationships with key opinion leaders
- facilitate scientific exchange
- provide educational support
- gather and report actionable insights
- support investigator-initiated studies
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations.
- Maintain compliance and stay current with scientific trends in neuropsychiatric disorders like depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
- Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or similar)
- post-graduate experience
- with strong therapeutic and scientific acumen
- 2+ years of relevant industry or clinical experience preferred
- ability to travel up to 70% within territory
- valid US driver’s license.
Neuroscience focus on mental health disorders, field-based role, emphasis on scientific exchange and stakeholder engagement, supporting medical research and education, with a strong compliance and cross-functional collaboration component.
Work SetupTerritory-based with significant travel.
