Guestroom Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and self‑inspect guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Inspect all rooms (vacant or dirty) checking standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies.
• Inspect all VIP and Special Attention rooms very carefully ensuring that all special requests and amenities are completed.
• Receive and complete all guest requests when on the floors (e.g., extra pillow, blankets).
• Keep linen rooms tidy, correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use.
• Ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absences or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant and House Attendant when needed.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.
• Service‑passion for luxury hospitality.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
• A willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on an as‑needed basis.

• Hourly rate: $25.42 – $26.92.
