Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the full recruiting cycle—sourcing candidates, managing relationships, and helping connect people with meaningful careers.

Responsibilities
  • Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with onboarding and ensure compliance with client and company policies.
  • Provide ongoing support to pipeline of candidates, including interview preparation, first-day guidance, and regular check-ins to foster long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships within your network, positioning yourself as a partner in helping professionals grow their careers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset—comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working with goals and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is a plus, but not required.

This role is fully remote; however, candidates must be based in Illinois.
