Human Resources Manager

I’m partnering with a growing organization to identify a Human Resources Manager who can own both the strategic and day-to-day HR function.

This is a high-impact rol for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building structure while partnering closely with leadership.

• Lead all core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll processes, and HR operations
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
• Coach and support managers on people-related matters

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Experience managing multiple HR functions (benefits, payroll, employee relations, etc.)
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
