Responsibilities

  • Under direction and supervision, teach management and business courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels with a primary focus in Human Resource Management.
  • Develop and expand existing programs, concentrations, and minors in Human Resource Management.
  • Conduct student advising.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge of Organizational Behavior and HRM to perform teaching and research tasks.
  • Engage in scholarly research leading to peer‑reviewed journal publications.
  • Be available and engaged in the campus community with assigned professional responsibilities for teaching, scholarship, and service.
  • Participate in university service and other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel may be required for professional development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum requirement of a PhD or its foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Marketing & Operations, or a related field of study.
Salary

The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $125,000.
