Responsibilities
- Under direction and supervision, teach management and business courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels with a primary focus in Human Resource Management.
- Develop and expand existing programs, concentrations, and minors in Human Resource Management.
- Conduct student advising.
- Utilize specialized knowledge of Organizational Behavior and HRM to perform teaching and research tasks.
- Engage in scholarly research leading to peer‑reviewed journal publications.
- Be available and engaged in the campus community with assigned professional responsibilities for teaching, scholarship, and service.
- Participate in university service and other duties as assigned.
- Occasional travel may be required for professional development.
- Minimum requirement of a PhD or its foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Marketing & Operations, or a related field of study.
The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $125,000.
