Local Roofing/Restoration Company is looking for a Sales Recruiter/Coordinator to help our office recruit, mobilize, and assist a large effective sales team. As Recruiting Associate, your role will be to attract, source, and recruit top talent internally.

The primary responsibilities include staffing the office with quality hires, providing strategic recruitment solutions, and proactive pipelining for future needs.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process, create and implement recruiting strategies.
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels.
• Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the recruiting process.

• Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
• Must have past experience placing ads, recruiting, conducting face-to-face interviews, and building a sales team.
• Assisting, managing, or providing strong administrative support to a sales team.
• Past sales and/or sales experience, or admin background in construction or trades is highly desired, but not necessary.
• Must be energetic, social, and have great people skills.
• Must be a Fire Starter with a great attitude that can inspire and motivate others.

After a 90‑Day review, eligible for bonuses and/or raise based on the performance of the salespeople you recruit and help retain.
