Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motived, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our Research Department. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying top talent for our clients by conducting in-depth market research and talent mapping initiatives. As a Research Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our recruiting and account management teams to support strategic client engagements. Your responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating prospective candidates, analyzing talent markets, and providing valuable insights on employment trends to inform hiring strategies and business decision
