Temporary Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish)
- Location: Momence, IL (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
- Pay: $26–$34/hour
- Assignment Length: 12–15 weeks, with potential to extend
We’re looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis and support high-volume hiring for Operations and Production roles. This is a great opportunity for someone who has at least a year of recruiting experience and is looking to continue building their skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Role SummaryThe Recruiter will own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and deliver a positive hiring experience from application through offer. This position will focus primarily on high-volume recruiting for operations-related positions and requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Operations and Production roles from application through hire
- Conduct resume reviews and phone prescreens to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and timely follow-up
- Guide hiring managers through recruiting processes, procedures, and best practices
- Extend offers and help move candidates smoothly through the hiring process
- Support recruiting-related projects, outreach efforts, and other HR initiatives as needed
- 1+ year of recruiting experience required
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring strongly preferred
- Prior recruiting experience for light industrial, manufacturing, operations, or production roles preferred
- Experience using an applicant tracking system required;
Workday experience is a strong plus - Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
- A hands-on opportunity to grow your recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Exposure to full-cycle recruiting and close partnership with hiring managers
- A hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in Momence, IL and 2 days remote
- Competitive hourly pay of $26–$34/hour
