We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Sourcer to join our team and help us find top talent to drive our business forward.

Job Overview

The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who excels at building talent pipelines, conducting market research, and implementing creative sourcing techniques to meet our recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive and active candidates across various channels.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques, including Boolean search and social media, to find potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively source candidates.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sourcing metrics and reporting.
