We're searching for a Staffing Recruiter who is equal parts people-person, problem-solver, talent scout, and team player. Every day brings new challenges, new conversations, and new wins.

• Hunting down top talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media
• Interviewing candidates and learning what makes them awesome
• Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
• Coordinating interviews and helping candidates navigate the hiring process
• Coaching job seekers on resumes, interviews, and career opportunities
• Celebrating placements and changing lives one job at a time

Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, HR, or business development experience is a plus—but personality, drive, and a willingness to learn go a long way too.

Pay $20 - $22 per hour. Benefits include Health, dental, vision, life, 401k, PTO
