The Honest Hire is representing a SoCal recruitment firm looking to grow their A&F contract division.

The Accounting and Finance Recruiter will focus on winning new business and growing contract revenue within the accounting and finance division.

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment for accounting and finance roles, with a track record of success in signing new clients
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to understand hiring needs and provide consultative guidance.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and other recruitment tools.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and finance job functions, titles, and typical qualifications in corporate and public accounting environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently in an on-site setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in agency recruiting or staffing, especially in direct hire or contract placement, is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
