Connect Search is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top talent while building strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Prior staffing and recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and competitive mindset.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
