- We are seeking a Manager, People Partnering to support our Central Region business. This role serves as a trusted advisor to regional leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities to drive performance, engagement, and growth.
- You will partner closely with leaders and Centers of Excellence to deliver talent initiatives, lead organizational change, and strengthen leadership capability.
- MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies aligned to business goals.
- Build succession pipelines and develop internal talent.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design.
- Coach leaders to improve performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and risk mitigation
- Lead talent reviews, performance management, and development planning.
- Partner with L&D to deliver impactful learning solutions.
- Ensure alignment with compensation programs and regional strategies.
- Identify and address future talent.
- Build strong relationships across business units.
- Collaborate with COEs to ensure alignment on programs and initiatives.
- Co-create and design practical solutions that meet business needs.
- Use data and insights to inform decision‑making.
- Lead cross‑functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong business acumen and data‑driven mindset.
- Powerful influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach senior leaders.
- Proven ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of financial levers, implications, and risks associated with talent decisions.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and highly matrixed organization.
- Analytical thinker with strong project management skills.
- A self‑starter who can work independently and takes ownership.
- Must live in Illinois, Missouri, or Texas.
