Job Description:

Stefanini Group is looking for a detail‑oriented and highly motivated IT Lab Systems Specialist to support our client’s technical lab operations. This role ensures that a wide range of lab hardware, software, and network-connected devices operate reliably in support of testing, validation, and pre‑production activities. You will work hands‑on with desktops, laptops, servers, storage devices, wireless equipment, and lab tools to maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment.

As a Level 2 technical resource, you will perform imaging, patching, diagnostics, structured cabling, inventory management, and system configuration while collaborating closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting a fast‑paced technical lab used by internal engineering and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

Years of Experience

~2-3+ years in deskside/deployment or lab support roles.

Education

Associate's or equivalent experience;
Bachelor’s a plus.

Certifications (Helpful)

CompTIA A+, Network+;
Microsoft MCP/MD‑102 (or equivalent) preferred; ITIL Foundation nice to have.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00
