As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for a key domain within the Clinical Insight Engine. This vital engine delivers clinical insights—such as identifying potential conditions and suggesting next best actions—directly to CVS's Health Care Delivery products, empowering providers to offer the best possible patient care.

You will be responsible for defining the product requirements and strategy for your domain. This role requires you to serve as the primary liaison with other CVS product teams, working closely with senior business and engineering leaders to deliver high-quality products that significantly enhance healthcare delivery.

• Product Vision & Strategy:
  Define the product vision and strategic direction for your domain, ensuring alignment with senior business and engineering leaders. Translate high-level business goals into a clear, actionable product strategy.
• Roadmap & Backlog Management:
  Partner with business stakeholders to define the product roadmap, oversee day-to-day backlog management and prioritization to ensure alignment with your strategic vision. Assess value and develop business cases to inform the nature and scope of new initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with engineering, data science, and user design teams in a fast-paced, agile environment to build and enhance products. Bridge business needs and technical solutions, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
• User-Centric Design:
  Work alongside our UX team to design high-quality, intuitive products for end-users. Gather and document detailed product requirements and ensure the final product meets user needs and expectations.
• Product Launch & Improvement:
  Define and manage the launch of new products, including working with operations teams to create training materials and documentation for end-users. Continuously identify and act on opportunities for product improvement through quantitative analysis and user feedback.

• 7 Years of applicable experience
• Previous experience within product management
• Proven Leader:
  Comfortable driving strategic decisions, taking ownership, and coordinating resources to ensure successful project outcomes
• Highly Collaborative:
  Excels at working with senior-level stakeholders and can translate complex technical topics for a variety of audiences
• Data-Driven Mindset:
  Uses data to measure product impact and works with analytics teams to evaluate success
• Experience with AI:
  Experience thoughtfully integrating AI into products

• Experience in healthcare and/or digital health solutions
• Experience working on healthcare products
• 7+ years experience within a product related role
• Experience with data analytics and core healthcare metrics (e.g., STARS/Quality Measures)

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $ - $

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
