SAP SD Support Analyst

Are you an SAP guru specializing in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Logistics Execution (LE) value streams? My client, a leading industrial enterprise with a significant presence in the North American manufacturing sector, is looking for a talented and driven Senior Applications Analyst to join their IT team.

You'll be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all things SAP SD and LE, ensuring system stability and driving strategic enhancements. Your days will be a mix of high-impact support and project-based solution design:

• Own the Resolution: Independently prioritize and resolve complex production issues (incidents, break-fixes) and enhancement requests within SAP SD/LE.
• Collaborate & Consult: Work closely with end-users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot problems, and design robust solutions.
• Solution Delivery: Create detailed functional specification documents for developments, configure necessary solutions, prepare test scripts, and support UAT.
• Process Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge in areas like pricing, credit management, inter-company billing, transfer processing, consignment, and tax procedures to design and support effective processes.
• Support & Training: Provide expert-level helpdesk support, utilizing reporting tools, and act as a knowledge-sharing champion by conducting training and creating documentation for both IT and end-users.

• Experience &
  
  Education:
  
  You must have a minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience in SAP SD and LE modules, including multiple full life‑cycle implementations and ongoing support. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Technical Mastery: You are an expert in the Order-to-Cash value stream and have extensive configuration and customization experience in SAP SD/LE. You must possess a strong understanding of SAP SD integration with other modules like FI, CO, MM, and PP

• Problem‑Solver: You are detail-oriented, self-directed, and possess excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve moderately complex tasks independently.
• Team Player: You have strong customer service skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build professional, productive relationships across business units and IT.
