Product Lead - CRM; Salesforce

Position Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce CRM Service Cloud lifecycle, from initial implementation to global enhancements
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with objectives and governance
• Define and deliver the CRM roadmap, starting with U.S. and scaling globally
• Translate business requirements into detailed solution and technical designs, maintaining comprehensive documentation
• Validate partner solutions against business needs and provide timely approvals
• Own test planning, preparation, and execution for sprints, ensuring quality and compliance
• Other projects or duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of experience in product management and Salesforce CRM/Service Cloud implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, business, administration, or IT engineering
