Job Description

Oracle Health Data Intelligence is building the next-generation Life Sciences Intelligence Suite – a unified, AI-powered platform that enables pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations to drive better outcomes through data-driven decisions, trial optimization, and real‑world evidence. We are looking for an experienced product leader who thrives at the intersection of life sciences, AI, and cloud technology. This individual will guide the development of a modern, agentic SaaS platform that brings together today’s fragmented applications – from clinical trial management to safety monitoring – and rationalizes them into a cohesive, high-value intelligence ecosystem.

About

the Role

Senior Director of Product Management for Life Sciences Intelligence

  • Clinical trials and pharmacovigilance (safety)
  • Commercial enablement and market access insights
  • AI‑driven analytics and agent‑based applications
  • Deep regulatory and compliance understanding across the product lifecycle

You will work cross‑functionally with product teams focused on pharma‑facing tools, site‑facing (provider/health system) tools, analytics and AI platforms, and data infrastructure to build a seamless user experience. This is a highly strategic, customer‑facing role that requires deep domain expertise in life sciences and a strong product mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product strategy for Oracle’s Life Sciences Intelligence Suite, aligning vision with customer needs across clinical, safety, and commercial domains.
  • Lead product teams in building AI‑first, agentic applications on top of form‑based legacy systems to surface insights, optimize decisions, and modernize user experiences.
  • Champion end‑to‑end trial workflows – from molecule portfolio planning to trial design, budgeting, site selection, patient monitoring, and post‑trial commercial insights.
  • Ensure seamless integration between pharma companies, provider sites, and analytics teams, driving better patient recruitment, targeted therapies, and market readiness.
  • Partner closely with internal teams in analytics, data science, engineering, and cloud infrastructure to bring intelligence to life across the suite.
  • Represent Oracle with executive customers, understanding their science, regulatory needs, and R&D investments to guide future product direction.
  • Guide adoption, go‑to‑market, and growth strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and business development teams.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • 10+ years of product leadership experience in life sciences, SaaS, or healthcare technology companies.
  • Proven ability to define and drive platform strategies that unify siloed applications and teams.
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial operations, pharmacovigilance, and real‑world data.
  • Strong background in AI, agents, and analytics with working knowledge of data structures and healthcare data flows.
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and commercial pharma strategies.
  • Advanced technical or scientific degree (PhD or equivalent) strongly preferred for credibility with executive stakeholders in pharma and biotech.
  • Ability to think like a builder – focused on solving real problems and enabling others (developers, scientists, clinicians) to extend and innovate on the platform.
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes and reimagining the future of healthcare and life sciences.
Preferred Knowledge Areas
  • AI agents and agentic workflows
  • Trial optimization platforms
  • Real‑world data integration and outcomes analytics
  • SaaS product development in highly regulated environments
  • Health equity and population health integration into life sciences
