Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist who has 5+ years of experience providing onsite support.
Key Skills- Proficient with Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 11, O365, and Active Directory.
- Skilled in supporting and resolving issues on iOS.
- Able to install, configure, and support various hardware such as scanners, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
The IT Site Support Technician handles technical support for devices, applications, peripherals, and related hardware. This role requires more than 5+ years of hands‑on deskside or site support experience.
Responsibilities- Manage break/fix issues and service requests from start to finish.
- Provide support for macOS and iOS and create supporting documentation.
- Install and troubleshoot network devices independently.
- Troubleshoot local server problems, network printers, and device permissions.
- Use monitoring tools to assess system health and share usage guidance.
- Perform warranty repairs on computers and peripherals, especially Dell and HP.
- Support basic troubleshooting for Lexmark/Zebra printers, handheld units, VMUs, and conference room devices.
Experience Level: Intermediate Level
Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Springfield, IL.
