MissionWe are seeking a talented and driven Portfolio
Operations Analyst
. Arcadia is Bridge Legal’s investment portfolio. This role is an operational position that keeps the data and process of the portfolio moving day-to-day. This is a highly operational, execution-focused role responsible for keeping portfolio data, reporting, and law firm coordination running smoothly on a daily basis. The Portfolio Operations Analyst will serve as a central hub between internal teams and partner law firms, ensuring data integrity, timely follow-ups, and clear visibility into portfolio performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership without being prompted, and is energized by keeping complex processes organized and moving forward. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

- Own and maintain portfolio trackers covering case milestones, settlement activity, financial data, key dates, and status updates.
- Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or outdated entries and proactively resolve issues.
- Establish and enforce data hygiene standards to ensure reliable reporting and decision-making.
- Act as a primary day-to-day point of contact for partner law firms within the Arcadia portfolio.
- Conduct frequent outbound communication via email and phone to obtain updates, outstanding documentation, and status confirmations.
- Track open requests and follow through persistently until items are resolved.
- Build professional, trusted working relationships with attorneys and lawfirm staff while maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Produce daily internal portfolio updates highlighting status changes, risks, and notable developments.
- Contribute to monthly internal and external reporting, including written summaries, trackers, and presentation materials.
- Support leadership with ad hoc reporting requests, data pulls, and operational insights.
- Help translate raw portfolio data into clear, digestible updates for stakeholders.
- Partner closely with internal technology, operations, and investment teams to resolve data issues and improve workflows.
- Support onboarding and setup of new campaigns, including tracker creation, process handoffs, and timeline coordination.
- Surface recurring operational bottlenecks and contribute ideas for process improvements and automation.
- Prepare, track, and manage key portfolio documents such as joint prosecution agreements, retainers, and intake materials.
