We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Trainer / Program Manager to bridge the gap between our robust data capabilities and the organizational teams that utilize them. This role is crucial for ensuring successful adoption of data solutions, fostering data literacy, and managing the delivery of integrated analytical programs. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional instructional design skills, a deep understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle, and proven program management expertise in a data-intensive environment.

• Lead/coordinate end-to-end migration from HFM to SAP BPC (Standard/Embedded), including:
  • Requirements mapping:
    Functional design, consolidation logic, journals, FX, intercompany matching, ownership changes.
  • Data model & master data: COA rationalization, dimension design, entity and cost center mapping, metadata governance.
  • Rules & logic: translate HFM rules to BPC script logic/MDX/Business Rules; validate calculation equivalence.
  • Data migration: extract-transform-load (ETL), trial balances, historical actuals, budgets/forecasts; reconciliation to source ERP.
  • Reporting: rebuild management & statutory reporting packs in BPC/EPM Add-in/Analysis for Office; define KPIs and disclosure notes.
  • Testing: SIT, UAT, parallel runs, performance tuning, defect resolution, and cutover planning.
  • Controls: SOX-compliant design, audit trails, user provisioning, SOD, documentation.
  • Change management:
    Training, SOPs, and hypercare support post go-live.

The hourly salary for this position is between $[81,] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
