Job Description
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracle’s global cloud services through highly available, large-scale, enterprise‑grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale.

This role is the single-threaded owner for vendor execution—ensuring contracts translate into reliable outcomes that protect uptime, safety, and delivery commitments.
Skills and Competencies- Confident negotiator and conflict resolver with strong stakeholder presence.
- Data‑driven approach to performance tracking and issue management.
- Proficient in contract management and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle activities, including selection, negotiation support, onboarding, performance management, and compliance enforcement.
- Track vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and safety requirements; drive corrective actions and elevate systemic issues.
- Conduct vendor risk assessments and support business continuity and contingency planning for critical services.
- Coordinate execution across site operations, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal to ensure alignment and timely resolution.
- Lead vendor performance reviews and provide clear, data‑backed reporting to site and regional stakeholders.
- Able to travel up to 25%
- Experience managing critical vendors in data center, construction, utilities, or regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong contract and commercial acumen with comfort navigating complex vendor relationships.
- Working knowledge of compliance, safety, and risk management practices.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS:
Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
