- Plan, lead, and manage complex IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
- Coordinate activities across multiple departments, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones while managing dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues, risks, and change requests.
- Facilitate governance activities including steering committees, status reviews, and executive updates.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, methodologies, and compliance requirements.
- Manage budget tracking, resource allocation, and vendor performance (as applicable).
- Support transition to operations, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and post‑implementation reviews.
- Promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes and practices.
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects or programs in medium to large enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to coordinate across departments, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in ensuring on‑time delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, and change control.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Strong understanding of IT systems, application development, infrastructure, and integration concepts.
- Experience managing multi‑year or enterprise‑wide programs.
- Prior experience in government, public‑sector, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with financial tracking, vendor management, and contract oversight.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
