A leading strategy advisory firm is seeking an AI Strategy & Transformation Lead to drive the adoption of generative AI and emerging technologies across its consulting operations and client delivery.

This is a high-impact role focused on identifying, testing and scaling AI solutions that enhance productivity, insight generation and competitive advantage

You will act as a “fast follower” of AI innovation
, translating emerging technologies into practical, value-generating applications within a consulting environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring developments in GPTs, generative AI and emerging technologies
  , assessing their relevance to consulting and professional services
• Identifying opportunities to automate, augment or redesign consulting workflows
• Building data-driven business cases to prioritise AI initiatives based on ROI and feasibility
• Leading rapid prototyping and pilot programmes
  , working cross-functionally to test new tools and solutions
• Driving implementation, change management and performance tracking of AI initiatives
• Developing and refining an internal AI adoption playbook to scale successful use cases

• Strong expertise in generative AI, GPTs and AI/ML technologies
• Experience evaluating and deploying AI solutions in a commercial or consulting context
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and business acumen
• Ability to build compelling business cases and translate technology into impact
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy
