Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite in Northern Chicago Suburbs)

Remote Option: U.S.

-based remote candidates outside Chicago will be considered for exceptional,
highly aligned profiles that have retail pharmacy or healthcare backgrounds

Compensation: $50–55/hour + eligibility for health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits

Duration: 12+ months contract

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a Product Manager to drive large-scale digital communications and platform modernization initiatives within a highly complex, enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a technical, systems-oriented PM who thrives in fast-paced settings and can quickly absorb and translate complex architecture into actionable product direction.

You will own key product initiatives, partnering cross-functionally with engineering, IT, design, and business teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that improve customer communication experiences and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Own product initiatives across the lifecycle—from discovery through execution and delivery
  • Define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical dependencies
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into detailed product specifications
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs to support delivery of high-impact features and enhancements
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across enterprise stakeholders to drive execution
  • Analyze product performance, customer impact, and operational results to inform decisions
  • Build business cases, including ROI analysis, market insights, and customer segmentation
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and proactively drive resolution
  • Communicate progress, updates, and insights effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
Key Initiatives
  • Enterprise-wide modernization of communications platforms and infrastructure
  • Migration to new vendor technologies and platforms (including Adobe-based solutions)
  • Consolidation and optimization of communication channels:
  • SMS/text messaging
  • Email
  • Push notifications
  • IVR/phone systems
  • Redesign of communications architecture to support future scalability and efficiency
  • Integration and alignment with downstream fulfillment and operational systems
What You Bring
  • 4–6 years of Product Management experience in digital or online technology environments
  • Strong technical product management expertise
    , with experience working on systems, integrations, or platform-focused products
  • Proven ability to quickly understand complex architectures and system dependencies
  • Experience across the full product development lifecycle
  • Background in consumer-facing digital platforms or eCommerce
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to leadership
  • Highly organized with strong documentation and prioritization capabilities
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in regulated or complex industries (e.g., healthcare, telecom, enterprise communications)
  • Prior exposure to communications platforms or messaging ecosystems
  • Familiarity with large-scale system migrations or platform transformations
