Salary Range: $113,000-$127,000 Depending on Experience

We are seeking an energetic Senior Material Planner to drive fast, accurate procurement, optimize material flow, and strengthen high‑impact supplier partnerships that keep our production operations running at full speed.

About the RoleThis role identifies opportunities to simplify, optimize, and improve processes, delivering solutions through ERP systems, enterprise applications, or targeted process changes. Success in this role requires strong business process expertise, hands‑on ERP experience, a working knowledge of BI, and the ability to lead small‑ to mid‑size initiatives end‑to ‑end. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who enjoys problem‑solving, takes ownership, and actively drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to document processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, solution designs, and ROI analyses
- Lead solution delivery across ERP and enterprise applications, including UAT, deployment, and stabilization
- Act as a functional SME for ERP modules and integrated systems
- Collaborate with BI and data teams to define reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data requirements
- Proactively drive continuous improvement, training, and global collaboration across regions (e.g., India, Japan)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, with 10+ years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst in an ERP‑centric manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and how they are supported by ERP and enterprise systems
- Proven experience delivering process, system, and reporting improvements, with a track record in continuous improvement
- Knowledge of BI concepts (data models, warehouses, lakes), KPIs, and reporting; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Self‑directed and adaptable, able to manage small to mid‑size initiatives and leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA) to drive efficiency and growth
