Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant; Onsite

Responsible for leading the end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance with integrated Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Acts as the solution owner, ensuring finance and project processes are aligned to business and regulatory requirements. Leads solution design, configuration oversight, and governance across Finance and PPM modules, while managing and directing functional resources through the design and build phases. Provides architectural leadership, stakeholder assurance, and quality control across solution design, configuration, and deployment.

• Required Proven experience as a Finance Lead / Solution Architect on Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
• Minimum of 5 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations (Finance mandatory, PPM included)
• Strong hands-on experience across Core Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and PPM
• Ability to lead solution design, validate configuration, and ensure consistency across modules
• Experience managing functional resources during solution design and configuration phases
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including workshops, design authority, and governance
• Knowledge of Oracle Modern Best Practice, SDD creation, and design sign-off processes
• Highly desirable German project implementation experience, including knowledge of German localization and regulatory requirements
• German language skills (spoken and written) - advantageous but not mandatory
• Experience with projects-based organizations, construction, engineering, or professional services environments
• Beneficial (Not Mandatory) Knowledge of Grants Accounting and/or Service-based business models
• Experience integrating Finance and PPM with third-party systems (e.g. billing, payroll, reporting)
