Position Details
- Position: SAP Success Factors Architect
- Location:
Springfield, IL (Hybrid) - Duration:
Full-time / Long-Term Contract - Open for C2C and full time both
- Max 80$ per hour. Lesser the better ( Read the notes below)
- Visa- gc n citizens prefered but we can take h1b too
- 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM/Success Factors, with at least 6+ years in an architect role.
- Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP Success Factors in both public and private sector environments.
- Deep functional and technical expertise across all core Success Factors modules.
- Strong experience with Success Factors-SAP ERP integration, middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi), and cloud architecture principles.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HR analytics, dashboarding, and visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud) is a strong plus.
