An  project manager is assigned to lead a project at the time of a signed contract and is responsible for the success of the project through the system development lifecycle. The project manager acts as the primary liaison between the  team and our client and plays a key role in cementing the long‑term partnership we seek with all of our clients.

• Track and measure project status.
• Manage communication with our clients.
• Ensure quality deliverables are produced.
• Manage the project budget, scope, and backlog.
• Manage project risks, blockers, and escalations.
• Act as a liaison between our clients and the development team.
• Participate in kickoff, requirement, status, demo, and training meetings with clients.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in project management within a digital agency or corporate environment (preferred).
• Ability to meet internal and client deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence (a plus).
• Ability to manage individual workload, take initiative, and assume responsibility for tasks.
• Experience with CMS or eCommerce platforms such as Sitefinity, Sitecore, Word Press, Kentico, and Big Commerce (a plus).

The U.S. based salary range for this full‑time position is $60,000–$100,000 per year, with pay determined by skills, experience, and education.
