** Position Overview*
* The Senior Consultant, Client Solutions serves as a trusted advisor to state and local education agencies across the Pacific Northwest, leading complex client engagements that integrate strategy, operations, and technology-enabled solutions.

This role is responsible for delivering high-impact consulting services while also driving revenue growth through client expansion, solution upsell, and identification of new business opportunities, representing approximately 20-25% of the position's overall focus.

A core and differentiating expectation of this role is the ability to understand, lead, and manage large, complex, and often custom technology implementations, including enterprise platforms, data systems, and integrated

solutions that support regulatory, operational, and educational outcomes.

While primarily a remote role, it is expected that the successful candidate resides within the Pacific Northwest (ideally within Seattle, WA but will also consider Portland, OR), has a strong professional reputation within the region, and is able to travel as needed to support clients, implementations, and growth initiatives.

* + Develops and executes state and local consulting strategies aligned with client priorities, regulatory requirements, and PCG solution offerings.

+ Serves as a senior client-facing leader, ensuring delivery excellence across complex, multi‑group engagements.

+ Independently manages complex projects, staff, budgets, and deliverables with limited supervision while meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

+ Ensures client retention and long-term success through consistent delivery quality and proactive relationship management.

+ Develops and manages comprehensive client communication and governance plans.

+ Identifies and elicits business, operational, and technical requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.

+ Facilitates executive-level discussions, working sessions, and decision-making forums.

+ Identifies risks, gaps, and operational or technical constraints and recommends appropriate mitigation strategies.

+ Plans, monitors, and adjusts project execution to ensure scope, schedule, quality, and financial alignment.

+ Delegates tasks appropriately and leads cross-functional consulting, technical, and client teams.

+ Prepares high-quality written deliverables, executive briefings, and client-facing materials.
