Why This Role MattersWe are undergoing a high-impact Dev Sec Ops transformation and are seeking a hands-on Lead Dev Ops Engineer to help drive it forward.
This role will play a key part in modernizing our software delivery lifecycle, leading a migration from Azure Dev Ops to Git Hub, and introducing AI-enabled development practices. You will help build scalable, secure, cloud-native delivery pipelines while influencing strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do Modernize Dev Sec Ops- Lead the redesign of fragmented Dev Ops pipelines
- Drive migration from Azure Dev Ops to Git Hub
- Build scalable, end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
- Develop reusable infrastructure-as-code standards and templates
- Implement security controls including SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC, and container scanning
- Improve compliance, auditability, and delivery efficiency
- Mentor engineers and promote Dev Sec Ops best practices
- Contribute to building a Dev Sec Ops Center of Excellence
- Partner with development, architecture, and security teams
- Establish metrics to measure Dev Ops maturity and adoption
- Lead redesign of Dev Sec Ops pipelines
- Support migration from Azure Dev Ops to Git Hub
- Improve SDLC scalability and efficiency
- Identify and implement AI opportunities within the toolchain
- Proven Dev Ops leadership experience with a strategic mindset
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Sec Ops practices
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops and AWS environments
- Hands-on experience migrating pipelines or platforms
- Ability to modernize SDLC and identify AI integration opportunities
- Infrastructure as Code:
Terraform, Ansible, Chef - Programming:
Python and C++ required; C# preferred - Dev Sec Ops tools such as Checkmarx, Sonar Qube
- Application monitoring tools like Datadog
- Databases including SQL, No
SQL, and graph technologies
- Experience redesigning fragmented Dev Sec Ops environments
- Exposure to AI-enabled development tool chains
- Strong architectural vision and systems thinking
