Job Summary
Dev Ops Engineer – senior level responsible for designing, building, and scaling cloud infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities to support healthcare applications and services. Must have hands‑on expertise across Azure, AWS, Terraform, YAML pipelines, Azure Dev Ops, and Git Hub.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and govern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, managing modules, state, and CI enforcement.
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, and internal security standards using Check Marx and Sonar Qube.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational reliability of distributed cloud services; containerized workloads experience a plus.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and audit teams on continuous monitoring, evidence collection, and security assessments.
- Deliver infrastructure and application deployments during weekend release windows and participate in on‑call rotation.
- Enforce engineering standards, best practices, and participate in technical design reviews.
- Troubleshoot and remediate complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes.
- Support weekend work for planned releases and on‑call duties.
- Minimum 3 years of Dev Ops or Cloud Engineering experience, with at least 3 years in both Azure and AWS.
- Proficiency with YAML‑based pipelines (multi‑stage, reusable templates, variable groups, environments).
- Post‑secondary education in Computer Science or a related field (typically 4 years).
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Git Hub/Git Hub Actions for CI/CD, repository management, and pipeline governance.
- Programming skills in Power Shell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with Azure Cosmos DB, Kubernetes (AKS, EKS), or Git Ops tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
- Familiarity with observability tools:
Azure Application Insights, New Relic, Azure Monitor, and Cloud Watch. - Certifications such as AZ‑104 or AZ‑400 are preferred.
- Knowledge of container orchestration and micro‑services deployments.
- Experience with security automation and audit tooling.
