We are seeking a skilled Genesys Developer/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Genesys Cloud, implementation, and deployment, as well as expertise in IVR/Call Flow design and configuration. This role will support a major Genesys call center implementation and contact center modernization initiative. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Genesys Cloud solutions. Design and configure IVR/Call Flows. Administer and develop contact center platforms. Support new contact center rollouts. Integrate REST APIs and CRM systems (preferred).

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Genesys. Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud. Proven experience in Genesys implementation and deployment.

Experience with large-scale contact center migrations (preferred). Genesys Cloud Certification (preferred). Healthcare industry experience (preferred). Pay Range:$60.50/Hr-67.50/Hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
