Job Type: Contract Placement [Full Time (>=40 hrs weekly)], Contract, Hybrid

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables involving multiple teams.
• Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide end‑to‑end visibility into deliverable health.
• Facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.
• Coordinate and facilitate routines such as kick‑offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Manage dependency, risk, and impediment removal for deliverables.
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations.
• Gather and present status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements.
• Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
• Self‑motivation, self‑direction, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management, change management, PMO, or similar roles.
