• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Partner with internal leaders to align delivery objectives with business goals and ensure effective resource planning.
• Facilitate executive-level checkpoints to assess satisfaction, manage risks, and resolve escalations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by championing innovation and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutioning teams to develop pricing and staffing models aligned with client and company goals.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and support account planning efforts.

• Proven experience leading complex software projects and cross‑functional teams in a technology environment.
• Strong project management expertise, including tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to inspire teams, drive change, and mentor others.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and initiative.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP, ACP, or SAFe RTE certifications are a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in project leadership roles.
